The Pre-assessment Lab is an eight-hour, on-line graded assessment to evaluate your baseline skills. It consists of nine sections that include 8 hours of equipment rental. Because it helps evaluate baseline skills, it should be the first graded assessment lab to be completed.

•     Section 9: Messaging
•     Section 10: Cisco Call Queuing and Unified Contact Center Express
•     Section 11: Cisco Unified CM IM and Presence

Upon completion of this Pre-Assessment Lab students should:

•     be able to read through a full-length Cisco CCIE Collaboration lab and identify the tasks that they can perform
•     be able to list and prioritize any remaining tasks and perform them in the order that they choose
•     be able to develop well-defined sets of verification methods of specific and interrelated technologies
•     have a better understanding of their problem-solving skills and verification methods

The product subscription lasts for 18 months. The Pre-Assessment Lab includes a score report and a detailed answer key. As with any assessment lab in the Cisco Expert-Level Training, this lab may be taken only once and is not subject for a retake.
